Service

Elevate is a personal habit coaching service delivered via SMS. By signing up you confirm you own the phone number you provide and you consent to receive automated text messages from us related to the habit coaching you requested.

Messaging

Message frequency is approximately one message per day, plus replies to your own messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You can also pause coaching in your account settings.

Not medical advice

Elevate's coach is an AI assistant and does not provide medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line).

Acceptable use

You agree not to sign someone else up, abuse the service to harass others, or impersonate another person. We may pause or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We do our best to provide useful coaching, but we cannot guarantee any specific habit outcome and are not liable for damages arising from use of the service.
