What we collect
- Your email and phone number at signup.
- Your habit, identity statement, and daily check-in time (when you complete setup).
- The conversation between you and your coach.
- Consent evidence: the disclosure text you accepted, your IP address, and your browser user agent at the time of signup.
How we use it
To coach you. Your conversation is the context the coach uses to respond. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers required to deliver the product: Twilio (for SMS delivery), OpenAI (to generate coach responses), and Supabase (for hosting the database and backend).
Opt-out & data deletion
Reply STOP to any SMS from us to opt out of messaging immediately. To request deletion of your stored conversation, email hello@elevatehabit.com. We retain consent evidence and opt-out records indefinitely for compliance purposes.
SMS carriers
Your phone number is shared with Twilio to deliver messages. Mobile carriers may block or filter messages according to their own policies; we have no visibility into carrier-side data.
No selling or sharing for marketing
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
